Yes, Sebastian knew there was magick there, he felt it as he foraged near the Deep Woods’ border, but he did not fear it. It was like a balm for the sting of his father’s constant disapproval. The glimpses of light, caught on his peripherals, helped him know that he was not alone and helped lessen the loneliness amidst the whispered rumors in his little village, of the foundling boy.
